A: Usage:
To make insulating paper cylinders for transformers via hot sticking.
B: Equipment components:
Mechanical part (pedestal and beam), hydraulic system, electrical control system and heating system.
C: Processing procedure:
1.Power on and preheat the upper and lower die. Start the oil pump.
2.Put the open insulating paper cylinder (which is shaped by cylinder rolling machine, q.v. our cylinder rolling machine) into the middle of upper and lower die.
3.Glue the overlapping bevel parts (which have been beveled by board beveling machine, q.v. our board beveling machine). Align the two ends of this cylinder and locate it into the middle of upper and lower die.
4.Operate the hydraulic cylinder and make the upper and lower die close slowly. Press and maintain pressure for 20-30 minutes.
5.Take out the insulating paper cylinder.
6.Repeat the above procedure to make the next insulating paper cylinder.
