Specifications:

1. Coil section: 7-25×12-65mm²(width/height) adjustable steplessly, eccentric clamping (max. coil stack height 65mm, min. 12mm; max. coil stack width 25mm, min. 7mm).

2. Max. length of coil line 1600mm, min. 350mm.

3. Disc shape (rhombus shape) length 2100mm.

4. Drawn pitch 1050 (1200)mm, angle 155º, (including that the drawer can draw 125º, the fixture can turn ±12º, can draw 240mm parallel coil).

5. Dia. for coil fillet infinite big.            

6. Nose part hoist by self-motion 0~250mm; equipped with 3 pairs of Φ20, Φ30, Φ40mm nose clamps, width 200mm.

7. Power 2.2kW, cycloid slowdown, gear transmission.

8. The machine is equipped with semiautomatic hydraulic arc pressing device, change the different arc pressing block according to different arc. Moulding needs the complex type mould.
